ISLAND OF THE DOLLS by Jeremy Bates

Deep within an ancient Aztec canal system on the outskirts of Mexico City lies Isla de las Muñecas, a remote island said to be haunted and filled with thousands of decaying dolls watching from every direction.

A group of friends arrives to film a television documentary, expecting folklore and atmosphere, but instead they stumble upon a brutal murder. As night falls, fear and paranoia take hold, turning the group against one another while an unseen killer stalks them through the island’s narrow waterways and rotting trees.

What begins as a shoot for a documentary quickly becomes a fight for survival during the longest night of their lives, where trust collapses as easily as sanity.

Island of the Dolls delivers relentless pacing and chilling suspense in a standalone horror story filled with disturbing twists and macabre revelations, keeping readers gripped until the final page.
